I like to call myself a very skilled sleeper. I have done it for more than a third of my life and plan to keep to a daily 8 hours of "practice" till the day I die. I began my love of sleeping when I was first born and have enjoyed it since. Today I still strive towards that goal, and I believe that it is something that is truly important.


It is recommeded that certain people need a certain amount of sleep. For example, young adults, ages - , need roughly 7-9 hours of sleep a night, while infants need anywhere from 14 - 17 hours of sleep.
